Hi, I’m Beth Discenza -
and I’m so glad you’re here.

A young woman with long wavy brown hair, blue eyes, and a big smile wearing a coral knit sweater and gold jewelry against an orange background.

Nearly two decades in healthcare shaped the foundation of Aligned Health & Wellness Collective and the work I do today. Throughout my career in the pharmaceutical industry, I partnered with patients, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare communities navigating chronic, rare, and serious health conditions — deepening my understanding of how profoundly health touches every part of a person’s life.

From leading teams and navigating organizational change to developing marketing strategies supporting therapies for complex and life-threatening conditions, I worked in high-pressure, high-stress environments carrying meaningful responsibility across patients, caregivers, and colleagues. Even in that intensity, the work always came back to people — and the human experiences behind every decision or interaction.

Witnessing the physical, emotional, mental, and everyday challenges faced by patients, caregivers, and colleagues revealed a need for support that extended beyond diagnosis and treatment alone. That realization began to reshape how I understood my work and the impact I could have.

Over time, alongside the demands of career and life, I also began to notice my own growing burnout and disconnection from my health. While successful on paper, I realized I was no longer aligned internally — a moment that felt both uncomfortable and clarifying, which ultimately became my catalyst for change.

Building on the compassion, resilience, and perspective gained throughout my healthcare career, I became a certified integrative health and wellness coach focused on sustainable, whole-person wellness and meaningful behavior change.

Today, I proudly help individuals and organizations create healthier, more supportive lives through personalized coaching, workplace well-being initiatives, and lifestyle strategies that are realistic and sustainable. My approach blends science, lived experience, and heart — helping people reconnect with themselves, their health, and what matters most.

My mission is simple: to help people create lasting change that supports greater balance, well-being, and alignment in everyday life.
